He simply wouldn't let us quit, regularly reminding us the right place was out there. Finding a place to buy is well within the expertise of many brokers and agents. Brian goes so far beyond that service. He kept at it, providing added market information, access to associated professionals and simply being there, physically, when we weren't. Although we ultimately were not interested in that property, we liked Brian immediately. He was more than a guy just hustling for a sale. As we were from out of town, he took the time to explain to two strangers a lot of the nuances of the housing market in Charleston. Negotiating with the seller went quickly as he gave us good counsel as to where we should offer and we got the unit at a price point that we were very happy about. As we were from out of town, and post contract, Brian was THE MAN. I could not imagine anyone who could guide us and then be our point person any better than Brian was. And even though it has only been a short time since closing, he is not one of those agents who gets their commission and forgets about us."
