I’m Brian Walsh, a full-time Realtor who lives and works right here in Downtown Charleston. Most days you’ll find me walking the peninsula, touring old homes, talking renovations, or helping people find the street, block, and lifestyle that truly fit them, not just the house.
Living downtown teaches you the kind of details that only come from experience. A few blocks can change everything, the light, the noise, the parking, even how the tide rolls in. That’s the local knowledge I bring to every client I work with.
Charleston isn’t just my market, it’s my home. I specialize in historic and luxury homes across 29401 and 29403, from South of Broad and Harleston Village to Ansonborough, Radcliffeborough, and Cannonborough-Elliottborough.
Buying downtown is different. Flood zones shift block to block. BAR rules can shape your renovation plans. Parking alone can change how you live day to day. My job is to guide you through it all, with clarity, local insight, and no surprises.
